Absolutely! Our entire range of teas are certified organic.
No way! All of our teas are organic with no added nasty preservatives or artificial flavoring. The gorgeous aromas and delicious flavours of our tea range are 100% natural.
Yes! All of our teas are vegetarian and vegan on their own.
Most of our teas are caffeine free, but some of our teas do have caffeine in them. This is specified on the individual product pages in the product description.
Our mailing bags are 100% home compostable, zero waste bags from Hero Packaging and all of our mailing boxes are 100% recyclable! At this time our tea product pouches are not kerbside recyclable, however they are recyclable in the RedCycle program with collection bins located at most Coles and Woolworths supermarkets. Please remove the sticker first before recycling. Find more information here.

Incorrect Order
Firstly, we are very sorry for the inconvenience and want to make it up to you! If your order has arrived with the incorrect contents in it then please email us at hello@teaunderground.com.au so that we can get this sorted for you! Please remember to attach a photo of your incorrect order along with your written concerns and order number, so that we know where we went wrong and can fix the issue as quickly as possible.
Damaged Order
If your order arrived completely or partly damaged, please email us at hello@teaunderground.com.au with a photo of the damaged product/s and any other relevant information. Our team will review the damage and help you accordingly.

For orders under $50, we have a flat rate, Australia wide shipping rate of $8.50. For all orders over $50, shipping is free!
Yes, you can track your order using the Australia Post tracking number sent to you in your order confirmation email. Visit the Aus Post Order Tracking Page to enter your tracking number to track your order.
Please allow 2-5 business days for your parcel to arrive via standard postage.
However if you’ve ordered with express shipping please allow 1-3 business days to receive your order.

Tea Underground sends all of our parcels through Australia Post for your convenience. This means if you won’t be home at the time of your delivery you can choose to have it left in a safe place at your address also known as SafeDrop, or you can choose to have your parcel redirected to another address for example your workplace address.
