Organic Blend of Chamomile, Peppermint, Lemon Balm, Rosemary and Blue Cornflower Petals.
Infuse 1tsp of calm per 250ml cup of hot water. Allow t infuse for at least 5 minutes.
This brew is best enjoyed while hot.
Each bag contains a minimum 30g of loose leaf tea.
This is enough to make around 15 cups of tea.
